FREE UK SHIPPING
Enjoy FREE UK shipping on all UK orders over £25.
UK Delivery
Most UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked for added peace of mind. You’ll receive a tracking link by email once your order has been dispatched.
Tracked UK shipping (based on weight):
- Light: £4.95
- Mid: £5.95
- Heavy: £6.95
Underwire Orders (UK only)
We know many customers like to order underwires on their own, so we’ve kept postage as low as possible.
Underwire-only orders start from just £1.50, with shipping increasing according to the number of pairs ordered.
This reduced rate is only available for underwire-only orders.
If your order contains any additional products (such as fabrics, lace, elastics, findings, kits or sewing patterns), standard tracked parcel rates will automatically apply.
Small Item Orders
We’re unable to offer reduced postage for very small orders (such as a single ring or slider).
Even when items are small, every order still requires the same care and process — including picking, packing, checking stock, and preparing for dispatch — so all non-underwire orders are sent using our standard tracked parcel service.
Dispatch Times
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–3 working days.
If you require your order urgently, we offer an upgraded Express delivery service at a flat rate of £12 per order (UK only). This service will arrive 1 working day after dispatch.
Shipping Delays & Lost Parcels
Most UK orders arrive within 1–3 working days after dispatch. However, occasional delays within the Royal Mail network are unfortunately outside of our control.
Please allow 10 working days from the date of your dispatch confirmation before contacting us regarding a missing parcel.
If your order has still not arrived after 10 working days, please get in touch and we’ll open an investigation with Royal Mail.
Please note that Royal Mail delivery estimates are not guaranteed, and a parcel is not considered lost until this timeframe has passed.
Shipping Addresses
Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is supplied and your parcel is returned to us, we’ll happily resend it once it has been received back. Additional postage charges may apply.
Unfortunately, Royal Mail cannot deliver directly to Post Offices unless a Local Collect service has been arranged in advance.

Orders are sent using Royal Mail’s Postal Delivered Duties Paid (PDDP) service. Duties are paid in advance, so you won’t incur any additional charges on delivery.

Taxes & Duties
If your order is being delivered outside the UK (excluding the USA), you may be required to pay import duties or local taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
PDF Sewing Patterns
PDF sewing patterns are digital products. No physical item will be sent.
