Shipping Costs
Enter your shipping address at checkout and your postage will be automatically calculated for you.
FREE UK SHIPPING on all orders over £25
UK Delivery
We keep our shipping costs as low as possible by using Royal Mail’s 2nd Class service as standard (delivery aim 2–3 working days after dispatch). Please note, standard delivery does not include tracking.
Standard UK shipping (based on weight):
Light £3.95
Mid £4.95
Heavy £5.95
Single pair of underwires (UK only): £1.50
If you purchase one pair of underwires on their own, these will automatically ship via Royal Mail 2nd Class Standard Letter at a reduced rate.
If additional items are added to your order, standard weight-based shipping rates will apply.
UK Tracked Delivery: £10
If you would like to track and insure your package (recommended for higher value orders), we offer tracked delivery sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Royal Mail Special Delivery. Delivery aim is next working day after dispatch.
Unfortunately, we are no longer able to sell to Northern Ireland.
Europe (non-EU countries) & Rest of World (excl. USA): FREE SHIPPING on orders over £100
We use Royal Mail’s International Tracked service as standard.
Europe (non-EU) –
Standard shipping (based on weight): Light £9.00, Mid £9.50, Heavy £12.50
Express shipping: flat rate £27
Unfortunately we are no longer able to sell to countries in the European Union (EU).
Rest of World (excl. USA)-
Standard shipping (based on weight): Light £10.00, Mid £11.50, Heavy £19.50
Express Rest of World shipping: flat rate £32
USA: FREE SHIPPING on orders over £150
We use Royal Mail's PDDP (Postal Delivered Duties Paid). We pay duties up front so you, as the customer, will not incur any additional costs at the doorstep.
Standard shipping (based on weight): Light £10.00, Mid £20, Heavy £25
Dispatch times
Please allow up to 3 working days for your order to be dispatched however this may take slightly longer during busy periods. If you require your order urgently please send an email to hello@loveandlace.co.uk with your order number and we'll do our best to accommodate. If you have selected Express Delivery at checkout your order will be sent as a priority and will be dispatched same day or within 1 working day.
Shipping Addresses
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. Royal Mail cannot deliver directly to Post Offices unless the Local Collect option has been specifically arranged in advance (this option is not available through our checkout).
If an invalid or incomplete address is provided and your parcel is refused or returned, we cannot be held responsible for delays or additional postage costs. In these cases, we’re happy to resend your order once it has been returned to us, but additional postage charges may apply.
Tax & Duties
If your order is being delivered outside of the UK (excl. USA), please be aware you may have to pay import duty or other taxes. This is not the responsibility of Love & Lace.
PDF Sewing Patterns
These are digital files and you will not receive any physical goods. You will be provided with a link which will take you to your download (available instantly after purchase).
Shipping Delays & Lost Parcels
Our shipping costs are highly competitive. We keep them low by using Royal Mail's 2nd Class service (UK). This service is not tracked.
Your order should arrive within a maximum of 14 working days (which includes both handling & delivery times). If it doesn’t please get in touch to let us know.
If your parcel has been lost after it has left us we will open an investigation with the mail carrier on your behalf. Provided your item(s) are still in stock we will issue a replacement. Please note we are under no obligation to issue a refund if a replacement is available. In the event that we cannot re-send part or all of your order (due to low stock or otherwise) we may offer an alternative. If this is not suitable we will issue a refund for the unavailable items.
